The Meridian at Summerly multifamily development consists of (130) 44’x75′ lots with (4) plan types at an average of 2,350 square-feet for each single family home. Post-tensioned foundations designed by others. The project consisted of the multifamily community and amenity buildings. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The Lake Elsinore, CA community was designed with developer Meritage Homes, Inc., architect BSB Design, and completed in 2016.
