The Meritage Homes, Inc. new three-story apartment community is located in the Irvine Business Complex. The Lux – Gillette II Apartment development has multiple four- to seven-plex buildings containing (39) 2,000 square-foot units. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services besides the post-tensioned foundation. The project was designed with KTGY Group, Inc., and was completed in 2020.
