The established multifamily community of the Lugonia Apartments in Redlands, CA contains 13 apartment buildings and a community center. The three-story four- to nine-plex buildings house a total of 184 units. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The project was designed with Dezine Works!, Inc., and was completed in 2013.
