The new two- to three-story Hanford Apartment complex consists of 92-units. The unit types vary from single to triple bedrooms, and the complex includes amenity buildings. This includes a BBQ and picnic area, pool, EV parking stations, solar covered parking, and the leasing center. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The multifamily apartment project was designed with Irwin Partners Architects, built by Quiring General, and was completed in 2022.
