The Hacienda Heights townhomes project consists of (21) two-story townhomes. The townhomes were designed with three unit types in one building type, creating seven three-plex buildings over slab on grade foundation. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The townhomes were designed with architect William Hezmalhalch Architect, Inc., built by McGee Contracting Inc., and completed in 2018. The photos are from the builder and GoogleEarth.
