The El Camino Real Apartments is a modular multi family apartment building in Menlo Park, CA, owned by Price Street Partners. The nine-unit two-story apartment building plus roof deck is a combination of site- and factory-built over a podium foundation. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project.
