The Dalton Townhomes project consists of six new three-story buildings with 30 townhomes of three unit types and three building types over slab on grade foundation. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The townhomes were designed with architect KTGY Group, Inc., developer The Olson Company, and completed in 2019.
