The 17 West Costa Mesa, CA mixed-use development is a three- to four-Story complex housing a combination of 89 Live-Work units and 46 Residential Lofts. This Meritage Homes, Inc. development of 24 buildings contains 135 units, some with personal roof deck access. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The project was designed with Withee Malcolm Architects, LLP, and completed in 2018.
