The Generations Healthcare, Temecula Health Care are skilled nursing and memory care facility buildings over slab on grade foundation. Under HCAI jurisdiction, the single story Assisted Living & Memory Care building (21,440 square feet) will provide 32 living units (64 beds) with common areas including occupational physical therapy, living, dining and recreation activity rooms. The Skilled Nursing building (43,799 square feet) will provide 60 living units (120 beds) with common areas including a main kitchen, occupational physical therapy, living, dining, recreation activity rooms and administration offices. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The skilled nursing and memory care facility was designed with Architects Orange Inc., built by ARCO Construction, and completed in 2021.
