The GFT Properties, LLC, Cal Med Surgery is a 31,205 square foot three-story medical office building over a slab on grade foundation. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The healthcare building was designed with Mesa Design Architects, built by Hydam Construction Inc., and completed in 2018.
