Oppidan’s Hacienda at Mission San Luis Rey in Oceanside, CA, is a 218 unit (258 bed) memory care three-story building over slab on grade foundation. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The memory care facility was designed with architect Douglas Pancake, built by W. E. O’Neil, and closed construction in 2023.
