The Oceanside Fire Station No. 1 project consisted of design for a new three-story 30,165 square-foot fire station with two apparatus bays and house 12 personnel. The project also included the design for site structures like trash enclosures, site fences, steel overhead parking covers, gate structure, light and flag pole footings, and the tank storage enclosure and roof. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The fire station was designed with architect STK Architecture, Inc., built by COX Construction Co., and recently had the grand opening in 2024. Renders and photos are by the Architect.
