The new 8,000 square-foot Multi-Purpose Room was designed as a prefabricated frame structure which houses a 5,000 square-foot assembly room, a warming kitchen, changing rooms, restrooms, and overhead rollup doors to connect to the outdoor areas. The hardscape design included converting a large field to two outdoor basketball courts, an outdoor amphitheater, and a play structure and seating areas. Also on the Tice Creek K-8 School Campus is a new 7,2000 square-foot modular classroom building of six STEM classrooms with covered canopy walkways to connect to the outdoor learning spaces. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The project was designed with Wilson Architecture and Hibser Yamauchi (HY) Architects, built by Jeff Luchetti Construction, Inc., and completed in 2019.
