The unique Real Journey Academy Highland Campus was once was a big-box retail store, but now houses a combination of a 400-student middle school and a 800-student high school. This Academy dedicates itself to business and entrepreneurship learning for their students. The project contains a 112,520 square-foot tilt-up concrete building, site improvements, and almost 500 parking spaces. The project also includes foundations for site CMU retaining walls near basketball and tennis courts and a 1,230 square foot trellis. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services. The project was designed with Adrian Gaus Architects, Inc., built by Tovey/Shultz Construction, Inc., and was completed in 2018.
