The Fremont Elementary School 19,000 square-foot of classroom building was designed using off-site prefabricated wood shear panel walls, floors, and roofs, installed on-site. The two-story prefabricated classroom building contains 16 classrooms, and was integrated into an existing elementary school site. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. This classroom project in Salinas, CA, was designed in tandem with Brokaw Design and built by Jeff Luchetti Construction, Inc. The team was able to beat the six-month construction timeline, and the project was completed in 2021.
