Description:

Summit Shasta is a new 400-student public charter high school on 2.5 acres in Daly City, CA. ISE Structural Engineers served as the structural engineer of record for the 26,000 square-feet consisting of five single-story modular building campus. The buildings house many types of learning spaces, including ten classrooms, a special education classroom, two STEM rooms, and a flexible multipurpose building, which are opened via interior and exterior operable partitions to create a larger indoor/outdoor campus-wide collaborative space with outdoor seating. The school was designed with Artik Architects, built by JL Modular and Jeff Luchetti Construction, Inc., and opened in August 2018. Photos courtesy of the Architect.
