The design-build Santana Ranch K-8 school serves 850 students. The project contains three new two-story buildings: 35 classrooms in one building, and a buildings for administration services and a library. Modular construction using steel-framed pre-fabrication sections made the project easily constructible on site to keep construction costs and timelines down. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. This project was completed alongside JL Modular, Otto Construction, and Nichols, Melburg, + Rosetto Architects + Engineers in 2020.
