Description:

The New Brighton Middle School project contained designing multiple buildings for the campus. The modular shop classrooms are approximately 1,000 square feet and 4,800 square foot buildings to be reused atop concrete reinforced slab on grade foundation. The Art and Wood Shop is a new two-story classroom building approximately 4,650 square-feet. The Locker room and dance/mat room building is a single-story modular buildings of 8,012 square-feet over slab on grade foundation. In addition, another modular classroom building of approximately 8,000 square feet over slab on grade foundation. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The multiple modular buildings were designed with architect 19Six Architects, built by Jeff Luchetti Construction, Inc. and Jeff Luchetti Modular, Inc., and completed in 2019.
