The Casa Robles High School project consists of a modular weight room for San Juan Unified School District. The weight room is an approximately 2,880 square foot single-story building and designed using a modular wood framing system so that it is relocatable. The modular building contains two modules to be connected on site, and is set over a concrete stem wall reinforced concrete footings. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The new weight room was designed with architect 19Six Architects, VUMA High Performance Buildings, built by off-site factory Irontown Homes (ZETA Communities Inc.), and completed in 2012.
