The Cougar Winery Renovations consisted of interior improvements and retrofits for the mezzanine structure inside of the existing pre-engineered metal winery building. In addition, equipment layout was updated and enclosed a new office space beneath the mezzanine structure. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services, including as-builts for the interior mezzanine. The client for the project was RTN Development, the architect was Dave Madden Architect, and the project was completed in 2021.
