The Cottonwood Church Tenant Improvement project consists of an addition of a light-gauge steel non-bearing walls. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The tenant improvement was designed with architect Broeske Architects & Associates, Inc., and completed in 2021.
