The Cherry & Valley Commercial Corner project consists of a single-story 7,300 square-foot CMU block AutoZone building and a single-story 2,200 square-foot wood framed Starbucks. The commercial corner also contains engineering for site structures, like light pole foundations, trash enclosures, and site/retaining walls. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The commercial corner was designed with architect Andresen Architects, Inc., built by Taltech Construction, and is under construction. The renders of the project are by the Architect.
