The Carefield Westgate Senior Housing two-story project consists of 81,639 square-feet of Assisted Living and 22,995 square-feet of Memory Care, totaling (741) units over slab on grade foundation. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The senior living building was designed with architect Irwin Partners Architects, and is currently in construction.
