The Cadence Brea two-story senior living over slab on grade foundation. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. The 45,982 square foot senior living building was designed with Irwin Partners Architects, developed by Cadence Living in Brea, CA, and completed in 2020.
