The BelVista – SB326 project scope included determining the community’s compliance with the SB326 at wood framed decks, balconies, and stairs over 30″. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services including the inspection and destructive testing, repair design and destructive testing recommendations, construction administration, and the final inspection for the project. The SB326 Inspection was provided for client BelVista Community Association, and completed in 2022.
