The Vital Apartments is a modular multi family apartment in El Cerrito, CA. The 54-unit four-story building with a roof deck is a combination of site- and factory-built over a post-tensioned podium. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project. ISE Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the project.
